Sirel was set up by Alex Belcher,
a market and social researcher with over 15 years’ experience working alongside public and third-sector organisations across Scotland.
He currently leads the research team for the Scottish Third Sector Tracker on behalf of SCVO and its partners, through his continuing work as a senior researcher with DJS Research.
After many years delivering research for charities, third sector support organisations and government, he created Sirel.
